Overview
Notifications are a great way to keep track of what’s happening to the files, assets, projects and orders you’re connected to on the Adstream Platform. However in this day and age we can quickly become overwhelmed with updates, so by using the notification settings you can control which notifications you receive and when.
Notifications will be emailed to you.
Change your notification settings
- Click your account name in the top right of the interface.
- Click Settings.
- In the sidebar on the left click Notification Settings.
Here you’ll see all the email notifications you could receive, use the drop-down menu by each notification to change the setting to Immediately or Off for each notification.
Set up a notifications digest
Certain notifications can be grouped together in a digest that helps to alleviate email overload. At the top of the list you can use the dropdown menu to select a time that you receive the digest, then on notifications that have the digest feature you can choose the option Once a day from the dropdown menu.
Types of notifications
Below is a list of what triggers each notification and who get’s notified.
N.B. Changing your notification settings will reset previous subscription settings.
In the Adstream Platform we refer to content within projects as (working) files and Once you’ve finished working on the file you can send your (master) asset to the Library.
