Q: My file is already delivered, why is it still in the Live Orders cue?

If you are sure that your file has made it to it's destination but it's still sitting the the Live Orders cue, please contact support by clicking "Submitting A Request" in the top right or email us on support@adstream.com. This is a know issue and our support team will be able to move your order to the Completed Orders cue.
