19. Entire Agreement and Variation

19.1 These Conditions and any other documents referred to in the first paragraph of these Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between the Customer and Adstream.

19.2 Adstream may change the terms of this Agreement where it considers it necessary for security or to comply with changes in laws or regulations by providing one month’s notice.

19.3 The Customer acknowledges that, even where the Customer has been required to procure the Services in accordance with a procedural rule or other instruction by any Court, Tribunal, Arbitrator or other dispute resolution body, the Customer and Adstream are the sole Parties to this Agreement and the Customer waives any right to, and agrees that it will not, join or otherwise proceed against any third party in any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
