All Video Signals Should Comply With ITU-R BT.709-5 And Video Signals Should Not Exceed The Specified Limits
Video Levels Should Not Exceed 700mV, Or Fall Below 0mV
Audio Level Requirements
The loudness level of the programme material must be in agreement with the EBU R128-2014 directive, including the following delivery specifications :
Note: 'Integrated Loudness' is the definition for the target of the 'Programme Loudness' stated in metres in conformity with EBU Tech 3341.

For local clearance all material must be submitted and cleared by the ARPP before delivery to the French Broadcasters.
Note: Must contain 7 second Slate, 3" Black/Silence pre TVC and 1" Black/Silence post TVC; and should be submitted in the following format:
• HD Video : MPEG-4, H.264/AVC, Main or High. 1920x1080 progressive, 25 fps, 8Mb/s • SD Video : MPEG-4, H.264/AVC, Main or High. 720x576 progressive, 25 fps, 5Mb/s
• Audio : AAC, Stereo, 256kb/s, 16bit, 48kHz
For this region a valid clock/slate is mandatory, the slate will be created automatically when you upload your file to Media Manager. The metadata added to the slate will be taken from your order, so please ensure that it has been inputted correctly.

• Film Identifier (ARPP FilmID)
• Commercial Duration
• Aspect Ratio
• Audio Format & Language(s)(Stereo/Mono + Language On Tracks)
• Fade To/From Black Declaration
• Subtitle Declaration
All material must be submitted and cleared by the ARPP before delivery to the French broadcasters.
Adstream can manage all of the copy clearance in this region through their sister company, The Traffic Bureau. Please contact an Adstream representative for more details.
Each video file will be named with the ARPP PubID for France.
