Requesting AdPro services for print when your ad is failing preflight

Adpro is a set of services we offer for print deliveries.  There are three main services we offer:

  • Hard Proofing. If you want to see the way your advert will look in the publication we can send you a hard copy proof printed on the exact media and print quality of the requested publication
  • Repro assistance. We can help you finalise your Advert so that it meets the publishers specifications
  • Lastly we can offer you full campaign support and for this you should send an email to{/s} or call us on +44 (0)20 7841 3500 where we can discuss your specific requirements further

AdPro services can be requested either through our website or directly from Adsend within the file report and the job details screens.

Request Adpro services from a failed job in Adsend

Now if your order fails it's pre-flight checks you can save time and hassle by getting us to fix it for you.

  1. Click on the number to go to a list of all the failed orders
  2. Click view file report by the relevant order to see why it's failed
  3. If you want us to fix the file for you simply click AdPro services
  4. A pop up dialogue will appear with our pro services.
  5. Select the services you want
    The corresponding charge will appear for the service you selected
    If you select Hard Copy Proof you’ll also need to enter an address for us to send it to.
    All your information will have already been filled out based on the original order info including the publication and size of ad ordered
  6. In the file attachment section you can add additional files such as the original inDesign file for us to work with
    If you select Hard Copy Proof you’ll need to enter an address for us to send it to.
  7. Check the box to confirm you’re email and agree to the T&C
  8. Click submit request.
    You’ll see the total for your order if this is correct simply click confirm.
    You'll also receive an email confirming the order has been successfully submitted to our print experts for processing.
  9. On the file report you'll now see your order details.


You can also request AdPro services from the Job Details page.
Simply click AdPro Services from the right hand side. You can also see AdPro order history for this Job.
