I’m trying to upload a PDF but it’s stuck on 0%, what should I do?

There are a few options that we suggest if you come across this issue:

  • Quit the browser and relaunch it to recreate the ticket again
  • Check the size of the PDF, has compression been used? This may take awhile to load
  • Make sure export programs are updated
