I’m trying to upload a PDF but it’s stuck on 0%, what should I do?
There are a few options that we suggest if you come across this issue:
- Quit the browser and relaunch it to recreate the ticket again
- Check the size of the PDF, has compression been used? This may take awhile to load
- Make sure export programs are updated

How to Place a New Order
Start the process of a new order by clicking the New Order button in the top right hand corner of the page.
How to Upload a New File
Once logged in, you can use the Upload and QC new file button to upload a new file on its own.
