Checking the ticket status

How do I check if the status of my ticket, has my PDF been received by the Publisher?

  • Login to your Adsend account and go to the ‘Manage Jobs’ tab

  • If your file still isn’t listed, extend the dates for the search (e.g. Search ‘Processed (All Status).

  • All the filenames you’ve uploaded will be listed 
  • Check the ‘Status’ column (to the extreme right) to view the status of the file.

Sent > means you have sent the file. 

Received > means the publisher has received the file.

Accepted > indicates the publisher has received and checked your file and is to their specifications.
