I have some changes to my ad, how do I replace a previous sent file?
Contact the publication to expect REVISED material to replace previous AD.
This will give them a chance to delete the old versions or flag them to be replaced
- In Adsend, create new Job Tickets for the revised material
- Look for the tick box in the options for the Job Ticket that alerts the publication to the material as being replacement, and be sure to tick the box
- Rename/Amend Filename – Add (_R.pdf) at the end of filename to represent replacement file
- Continue with sending the ticket as per normal
